Summary: AU. What would you do if the person you knew was destined for you happened to live decades before you and died even before the two of you met? Can love surpass the hands of time and eventually brings two destined hearts together after all?

“M-Mina?”

The other man smiled. “Yes, she’s my sister~” not able to finish his words, the door opened again and this time, revealing a girl with a huge resemblance on the man in front of him, maybe a few years older.

“Ah, here she is.. Mina, he’s awake.. but I think he’s still feeling a little bit ill..”

Nino could feel his stomach churning as the girl smiled back at him. Oh god. “M-Mina?” he called out hesitantly. The girl smiled.

“Yes, I’m Satoshi’s sister..” she said. Nino felt his insides were about to pop out of his mouth if not for the fact that he was sure he hasn’t eaten anything since yesterday.

Forcing himself not to pass out, instead, Nino asked a question. “Where am I?”

“In our house.. well, in my room actually..” the man answered. “We found you in the front door this morning, unconscious. We thought you were lost or something and then Mina realized you were sick. So we took you inside..”

Nino knew he was about to pass out again with the way his head spin in confusion. “Were you expecting m-me?”

He saw the girl’s mouth twitched in a way that’s so familiar that Nino couldn’t help but chuckle. “No.. w-we don’t even know who you are..” she answered.

Bracing himself, Nino asked another question. “What is the date today?” he asked in a trembling voice.

The man answered. “April 18.. why?”

“Year. What year?” Nino asked again, his stomach churned painfully as the other two stared at him suspiciously.

The man looked at him in confusion. “Nineteen thirty four. Are you quite alright?.” the man asked.

Jesus.

Shock was definitely an understatement.

And as though it wasn’t enough to be terminally surprised with the succeeding turn of events, Nino found himself staring at the small man in front of him with a little more fascination than he give himself credit for.

Mina, Ohno’s sister, was also staring at Nino then back to his brother’s face as if she was struggling to read the silent conversation going on between the two but failing miserably. Most especially when Nino’s lips formed an inaudible ‘oh’, his face slowly went pale at the sudden realization.

Did he just time travel?

“Errr, are you alright?” asked Mina, as she threw the stranger a worried glance. Nino was torn between throwing his arms around the other man and passing out in favour of saving his sanity.

In the end, although a part of him was telling him that he was clearly having a very, very vivid dream, he couldn’t help but dwell on the fact that he was standing a few breaths away from the person he had been wishing to meet.

And if these was all a dream, then he probably just have to enjoy every fucking bit of it before he has to wake up.

“I’m Ninomiya Kazunari…” he stated calmly, trying his hardest not to sound so eager. Nino never thought this day would come, wherein he would be standing in front of the man he used to only imagine just a few days ago… or years ago, technically.

The look of dumbstruck horror stretched across Ohno’s face had Nino chuckling before he could even stop it.

And really, if not for the fact that even Ohno’s sister had vouched that it was indeed the year 1934, Nino would have given them a piece of his mind for literally fucking with him but everything changed the moment Ohno smiled that oh-so-familiar smile and Nino didn’t know where his courage hid itself, feeling himself blush furiously at the thought of kissing that smile tugging at the corners of the other man’s mouth.

Ohno sputtered his wits all over Nino’s face the moment realization hit him.

“Y-You… H-Here… e-ehhh?”

Only one word formed in Nino’s mind though.

Adorable.

Damn.

Nino tried hiding his smile at the back of his hand, marveling at the reality of seeing Ohno’s reaction. That warm feeling spreading all over his entire being was just beyond his expectation, especially upon seeing Ohno like this… alive and smiling.

“Oh my god…” Ohno mumbled, his jaw hanging open that Nino immediately reminded himself not to reach out and ran his thumb along the fine skin of the other man’s cheek.

He smiled back instead. “Well, I second that…” he chuckled, looking away at the same time. And before he could even muster enough courage to say another word, he felt himself being enveloped into a warm embrace and Nino visibly melted the moment the other man’s scent graced his senses.

The warmth radiating from Ohno’s body was enough to shove all of Nino’s worries aside as he marveled on that indescribable feeling of being wrapped around Ohno’s arms. Nino sucked in a deep breath and clawed his fingers tightly at the front of Ohno’s old-fashion shirt, shivering slightly.

Ohno smelled of something that feels entirely like home and as Nino buried his face further against Ohno’s shoulder, he felt himself shudder when Ohno wrapped his arms around him and murmured Nino’s name through the slighter man’s hair.

“I.. I d-don’t know what to say…” Ohno mumbled hesitantly, cradling Nino to his side and almost crowding him. Nino didn’t know how to describe the feeling but being so close like this with Ohno felt so amazingly natural and Nino never felt happier.

Nino curled his fingers tightly against Ohno’s sleeve, breathing in Ohno’s scent and smiling quietly.

“You don’t have to say anything…” he whispered against Ohno’s side and gently tracing the other man’s knuckles with his thumb. “Just hold me for now; just hold me and don’t let go, Oh-chan…”

He might never understand what was happening but Nino was sure this had to be the happiest moment of his life. Like this, Nino could feel the steady beating of Ohno’s heart and though he still couldn’t wrap his head around everything that has been happening, Nino was grateful.

“Don’t you think it feels strange?” Ohno asked after a while. His fingers now slowly brushing Nino’s hair off his temple, planting soft kisses on top of Nino’s head every once and a while.

“It’s the first time we met, and yet,” he paused and Nino looked up in time to see Ohno’s lips broke into that adorable grin. His heart did a double take and he almost, almost wasn’t able to stop himself from leaning in and kissing that grin away.

Nino sighed and shrugged his shoulders. He wasn’t really planning on telling the other man about all the details, but it seemed like it was unavoidable anyway. Frankly, Nino thought of not sleeping altogether, afraid that when he wakes up, he would find out that everything was just a dream.

It would probably hurt like hell and Nino didn’t want to lose this precious moment yet.

“No, not really…” Nino mumbled, smiling. Here and now, he knew he had to say something before this moment passes by and he would be left with nothing but regret. He swallowed hard, carefully trying to re-arrange the words before he actually say them out loud.

“I’ve lost you once, Ohchan and it was painful. I was given this one chance, I don’t know how, but one thing is for sure…” he paused and threw Ohno a meaningful glance. “I’m not leaving this place unless I tell you how much I love you…”

There. He said it, finally.

“From where I came from, you’re – you’re already gone. Dead.” Nino continued. Pressing his forefinger against Ohno’s tanned cheek, he smiled and nodded. Ohno looked mildly dazed.

“I’m sure they told me you died on December 1932, but it’s already April 1934 now, right? Something may have happened, I don’t know what that was but I’m happy… I’m happy that you are here…”

“Nino…”

“I looked everywhere for you, you know…” he grumbled shakily, trying to blink back the tears as the last of pieces of realization settled in. “I thought I would never get the chance to see you…” he muttered brokenly.

Ohno stared back at him in wonder and Nino traced the other man’s face tenderly, brushing Ohno’s jaw with the back of his palm. Tears started running down his face but he didn’t care. Right here and right now, Nino knew he was holding out his future, his life and his forever into Ohno’s hands. Just how it was supposed to be.

“Shhh.. I’m here now, it’s okay. You don’t have to worry anymore. It’s okay…” Ohno mumbled his words through Nino’s hair as Nino gripped Ohno’s arms tightly, pulling the other man closer.

“Whatever happens, don’t ever leave this place. Don’t come looking for me, you have to promise me!” Nino pressed on frantically. “I need you to stay here and live your life. Whatever happens, Oh-chan, promise me you will never leave this place!”

Nino saw the confusion lying underneath Ohno’s eyes and he knew that this might actually alter the things that already happened but Nino couldn’t care less. If he would be given a chance to stay here with Ohno, he would do it.

“Nino…”

Nino squared his shoulder and forced himself not to think as he grabbed the front of Ohno’s shirt and slanted their mouths together. He quickly swiped his tongue over Ohno’s bottom lip and felt the older man shiver against him. Nino felt Ohno relaxed a few seconds after, opening his mouth and finally letting Nino explore the soft crevices of Ohno’s mouth, moaning Nino’s name softly and letting the slighter man take control.

owww. finally they met.. finally!!! I'm really happy for them .. but what will happen next... I don't know... i want them to live together, but ohno of the future (well... his relative) is waiting for nino .. but nino's love belong to ohno of the past.. ok Now... I'm really confused... is possible to stay with both of them jejejej uhmm that's sound interesting jajaja
